Balancing Toner is formulated with organic botanicals that help shrink pores, promote toxin elimination and soothe the skin. We use Witch Hazel and Organic Eyebright Extract as astringents to help shrink facial pores. Organic Rosemary Extract also acts as an astringent in addition to providing antioxidant protection and increasing blood supply to the skin. Organic Calendula is included to provide anti-inflammatory and antibacterial aid. The toner benefits all skin types and is pH-balanced.
